Refund & Cancellation
1. Scope
This policy applies to paid community programs listed on fanns.digital and confirmed in a signed proposal. Informational prices alone do not create a contract.
2. Eligibility — 14-Day Window
For standard program purchases by consumers in Korea, you may cancel within 14 days of contract signing if no substantial deliverables have been shared, per applicable consumer protection rules.
3. Full Refund Conditions
Full refund if we cancel the program, fail to start within agreed dates without your consent, or deliver materially outside signed scope and cannot remedy within 14 days.
4. Partial Refund
If you cancel after work begins, refunds are prorated against completed milestones stated in your proposal. Discovery and audit phases may be non-refundable once delivered.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Third-party tool fees, completed workshop sessions you attended, and custom research already delivered are non-refundable.
6. Refund Process
Email [email protected] with your proposal ID and reason. We confirm within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Cancellation by Client
Written notice required. Scheduled live sessions need 48 hours notice to reschedule without forfeiture where possible.
8. Consumer Rights (KR)
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Framework Act on Consumers and e-commerce regulations for eligible consumer transactions.
