1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing fanns.digital or engaging Fanns Digital for community growth programs, you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
2. Services Description
Fanns Digital provides community strategy, program design, playbooks, workshops, and related consulting. Informational prices on this site are not binding offers until confirmed in a signed proposal.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact information, respect intellectual property in deliverables, and use community platforms lawfully. You are responsible for moderating your own channels unless a separate moderation scope is signed.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use deliverables internally. Fanns Digital retains rights to methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials. Portfolio use of non-confidential work may be referenced with your approval.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Fanns Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Gyeongsan-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do shall have primary jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
7. Dispute Resolution
Parties will attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days before litigation. For B2B clients, mediation through the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board may be used if both parties agree in writing.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement per the signed proposal. Website access may be suspended for abuse, scraping, or attempts to disrupt services.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms with a revised last-updated date. Material changes to active engagements will be communicated to contracted clients directly.
